All orders placed on allstarscollection.com are processed within 1β2 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed on the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Panini USA ships within the contiguous United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier availability.
We work with trusted national carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order will be selected based on your delivery address, order size, and chosen shipping method. You will be notified of the carrier and tracking number via email once your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Panini USA is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please follow these steps:
All shipments are insured. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf and, if the package is confirmed lost, issue a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
