1. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued in the following situations:

  • An approved return has been received and inspected by our team.
  • The item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The order was cancelled before shipment within the allowed cancellation window.

Refunds are not issued for items that do not meet our Return Policy conditions, or for buyer's remorse on opened or used items.

2. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  1. We inspect the returned item within 1–3 business days of receipt.
  2. If approved, the refund is initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
  4. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refund Methods

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit, gift cards, or alternative payment methods unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Partial Refunds

The partial refund amount will be determined at our discretion based on the condition of the returned item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@paniniusaofficial.com.

Your notification must include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the damage or issue.
  • Photographs clearly showing the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.

Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a full refund.

6. Order Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placement and before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@paniniusaofficial.com with your order number.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again carefully.
  2. Contact your bank or card provider β€” processing times vary by financial institution.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team first before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in the suspension of your account on our platform.
